These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Swim Trainer mobile application ("the Application") and the associated website. By using the Application, you accept these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Application, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

3. License of Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial use, subject to the payment of the corresponding subscriptions, if applicable.

4. User Content

The workouts and data you enter into the Application remain your property. By entering them, you grant us a license to store and process them for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Subscriptions

The Application may offer subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store. Billing and cancellations are governed by the terms of the corresponding app store.

6. Limitation of Liability

Swim Trainer is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the practice of swimming using the workouts planned in the Application. You must always swim in safe environments and under appropriate supervision if necessary.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Application after changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
